Easy Payment system
HOTELICOM provides two easy payment methods. Guests either purchase timecards from Front Desk staff or pay online with their credit card to use the business station. Your staff is trained by HOTELICOM professionals on their shifts - in only about 5 minutes! Timecards are sold on a consignment basis so you’re only billed for what you sell, eliminating any financial risk.

Fully-loaded
Your HOTELICOM Station includes a complete Office suite, Internet, secure messaging, auto-configuring email and email attachment capabilities. HOTELICOM Station Office suite is compatible with the latest versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Auto configuring email allows guests to check their personal or office email accounts without being forced to remember and configure email server settings. Email attachments can be downloaded, opened and stored on the hard drive, a floppy disk or USB device.

HOTELICOM Station software is easy to use and will look familiar to your guests. Novice computer users will be comfortable with performing basic tasks and advanced users will find all of the applications they need. Your HOTELICOM Station has no annoying pop-ups or Spyware so your guests can focus on their tasks.
